    FiscalFox provides a tax calculation tool designed to help UK residents calculate their capital gains tax liability from investment trading activities. The Service processes transaction data from various investment platforms and generates tax reports.

    The Service is available only to UK residents for UK tax purposes.

    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • You are responsible for the accuracy of your tax filings
    • You must ensure complete transaction history is uploaded

    NO WARRANTY: The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

    • The calculations will be error-free or accurate
    • The Service will meet your specific requirements
    • The Service will be uninterrupted or secure
    • Any errors in the Service will be corrected

    4. User Responsibilities

    You acknowledge and agree that:

    • You will provide complete and accurate transaction data
    • You will upload your COMPLETE transaction history for accurate calculations
    • You will verify all calculations before using them for tax purposes
    • You will not rely solely on the Service for tax compliance
    • You will maintain your own records and backups
    • You are responsible for understanding UK tax laws applicable to your situation

    5. Fees and Payment

    Service Fee: £29.99 per tax year report

    Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store or have access to your payment card details.

    Refund Policy: If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact our support team. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds may be granted at our discretion for:

    • Technical errors preventing report generation
    • Duplicate payments
    • Service unavailability after payment

    Refunds will NOT be granted for:

    • User errors in data input
    • Incomplete transaction history uploads
    • Disagreement with calculation results
    • Changes in tax laws after report generation

    6. Intellectual Property

    The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Rolling Sloane Technology Limited and is protected by UK and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

    You may not:

    • Copy, modify, or distribute the Service
    • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
    • Create derivative works based on the Service
    • Use the Service for commercial purposes without authorization

    7. Limitation of Liability

    Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

    • Your tax filings and dealings with HMRC
    • Any inaccurate or incomplete data you provide

    Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

    Data Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed from our systems.
